I’m Marlaina Williams — a nurse, veteran, and holistic practitioner shaped by lived experience, not theory. My path began long before Creative Fire Alchemy, in seasons that demanded honesty, resilience, and a willingness to rebuild from the inside out.
Healing was rarely straightforward. It required clarity, courage, and a presence that often felt uncomfortable. There were moments when survival took the lead, including the hidden injuries of military sexual trauma, each one reshaping how I understood myself and what true repair required.
Every scar became a teacher — softening what needed to soften and strengthening what needed to strengthen. Sacred plant medicines became part of that learning, offering not escape but an honest look inward. They helped illuminate patterns and open perspectives that traditional tools alone couldn’t reach.
Rebuilding revealed that healing lives in both precision and presence — in the grounded mind of a nurse and the deeper knowing I learned to trust. The alchemy of those two truths became the spark behind Creative Fire Alchemy.

Creative Fire Alchemy was created with the understanding that healing is not a formula — it’s a practice. It requires presence, patience, and tools that support the whole person, not just the parts that are easy to talk about.
We grow through experience.
We learn through sensation.
We change through the steady work of returning to what grounds us.
This sanctuary honors that approach — where science collaborates with the sacred, and learning is embodied through breath, movement, nourishment, and intentional practice. Here, education becomes lived experience, and lived experience becomes integration.
Transformation doesn’t come from striving for perfection.
It comes from the willingness to show up with curiosity and consistency.
Every offering within Creative Fire Alchemy reflects that commitment — supporting regulation, expanding awareness, and strengthening the inner healer that already lives within you. .
